Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

I will have to collect work to post in my portfolio. It may be taken to other platforms, such as Twitter, to promote itself. If you don't want it posted, a confidentiality letter will be signed for an additional 10% of the price.

If you cannot be contacted for more than 4 weeks, it will be considered that the job queue is canceled.

The digital file format that will be received will be jpg or png. If it is a PSD file, an additional 30% of the price will be charged.

Do not accept work related to AI or NFT, whether directly or indirectly.

I do have Paypal, Buy Me A Coffee, Ko-fi, payoneer and Stripe. Sometimes Paypal won't work (Paypal Thai is pretty bad), so I may switch to one of them above.

Commissions have to pay 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

Once the invoice is paid, I will start your commission.

If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.

No refunds

You may not claim my work as your own.

DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

Please give the artist(me) credit every time you post on any social media

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my social media for any reason unless discussed and agreed otherwise beforehand.

In the event of a sudden event cancellation (50%), the artist has the right not to return the deposit.

เราจะมีการเก็บงานเพื่อลงพอร์ตของเราค่ะ อาจจะมีการนำไปลงแพลคฟอร์มอื่นๆเช่นทวิตเตอร์เพื่อโปรโมทตัวเอง หากไม่อยากให้นำเผยแพร่ หรือนำไปเป็น portfolio ลงจะมีการเซ็นหนังสือเก็บความลับโดยโดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมราคางาน10%

เนื่องจากเราเป็นคนไม่ทวงถาม หากติดต่อไม่ได้เกิน4อาทิตย์จะถือว่ายกเลิกคิวงานนั้นๆ

ไม่อนุญาตให้ต่อรองราคาหรือการกระทำใดที่ตั้งใจกระทำเพื่อต่อรองราคา หากมีการต่อรองราคาเราจะขอจดลงแบล็กลิสค่ะ

รูปแบบไฟล์ดิจิทัลที่จะได้รับจะมี jpg/png หากเป็นไฟล์ดิบpsd.สามารถขอเพิ่มเติมได้ค่ะ

ไม่รับงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเทรน AI หรือ NFT ไม่ว่าจะทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม

ในกรณีที่ไม่มีการแจ้งมาตั้งแต่บรีฟว่าสามารถเปิดเผยงานได้หรือไม่ ตัวนักวาดมีสิทธิ์ที่จะเผยแพร่ผลงานหลังเวลาล่วงเลยไปแล้ว3เดือน ได้ทันที

ไม่อนุญาตให้แอบอ้างผลงานว่าเป็นของตัวเองไม่ว่าจะกรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น

กรุณาให้เครดิตศิลปินทุกครั้ง(จริงๆทางนี้ไม่ได้มีปัญหาอะไรถ้าจะไม่ลงเครดิต แต่ถ้าลงจะดีใจมากๆค่ะ)

ไม่อนุญาตให้ดัดแปลง หรือทำซ้ำบนผลงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากศิลปินก่อน

กรณีว่าจ้างงานที่ไม่ใช่งานเชิงพาณิช ไม่อนุญาตให้นำงานไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยเด็ดขาด อนุญาตให้แต่เพียงงานที่เป็นส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น(เช่นปริ้นการ์ดไว้ดูเอง ไม่ได้ปริ้นเพื่อแจกจ่าย)

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานลงไปประมูลขายNFTโดยเด็ดขาด

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานไปเทรนAIโดยเด็ดขาด

ศิลปินมีสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธการว่าจ้างหากมีความรู้สึกที่ไม่สบายใจไม่ว่าจะกรณีใดใดก็ตาม

ในกรณีที่หากมีการยกเลิกงานกระทัน(50%)หันศิลปินมีสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่คืนมัดจำ

ศิลปินมีสิทธิ์ที่จะปฏิเสธงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเหยียดเชื้อชาติ การว่าร้ายผู้อื่น การเหยียดเพศ การเหยียดLGBTQ+ การร่วมประเวณีระหว่างพี่น้อง ใคร่เด็ก หากมารู้ทีหลังว่ามีการให้ว่าจ้างตามข้างต้นเกิดขึ้นจะโดนขึ้นแบล็คลิสทันทีค่ะ
